I had original blacktop driveway dug and replaced. During the dig, Joe pointed out an unforeseeable concern. He thoroughly explained all of the options, including cost and consequences of each. Because of the company's history and testimonials, I asked Joe to do what was right. After a couple of Western New York Winters, I am very pleased and proud of the end result. Not only perfectly pitched but, has no standing water and no signs of undermining. A notice to all contractors.... "Follow JM's example and you will be rewarded with growth and success due to repeat and referred customers". Great job.

Patrick assessed our driveway today. He asserted that the new cracks in the driveway and apron and the large crack in front of the door were developing because of the drought. While the driveway cracks would most likely close with a soaking extended period of rain, the sidewalk crack would need further attention with cleaning and caulking. Patrick indicated that this is common in drought conditions and that he has been following up on at least a half dozen complaints in this area. He agreed to reassess the driveway and sidewalk again in early September to determine the next action. At the very least, another coat of sealer would be applied and the sidewalk crack would be tended to, at no charge to us.

We are reassured by Patrick's visit and look forward to working with you in good faith.

Anne Fairbanks — 5-star I know this is a word you wouldn't normally associate with asphalt work, but Joe and his crew have finesse. So neat, so precise, and so professional. Everything from the estimate through the contract documentation to the finished product could not have been better. Our project was to widen the driveway in three different areas, dig out and replace the old beat-up parts of the driveway, and then re-top the whole thing. Not your typical deal - but JM did an awesome job. It looks brand-new everywhere and we love it! 

I highly recommend JM Paving to anyone looking for high-quality, professional asphalt work, and at reasonable prices. These guys are GOOD! I mean - REALLY GOOD!

Joe and his team were terrific. the estimate was extremely fair. The work was amazing my new driveway looks AMAZING and I feel it was a hard case do to a large lump under the ground, on an old removal of a single lane driveway. They were able to expand into a beautiful curved one lane merge into two-lane parking. The services turn around was rapid. I mean we originally were thinking 6 weeks, then they had an opening one morning called and the next thing in under an hour they were rolling. They took to detail with edging right up to rock flower bed and even, removed a cracked sidewalk slab and replaced it with beautiful blacktop. Pleasant staff, well organized and did a great clean up job.
